I found myself in that same place. I was deep in my doctoral research at Utrecht University, trying every productivity system and self-improvement method I could get my hands on. Nothing seemed to stick, not in the lasting way I needed. Getting diagnosed with ADHD was a turning point, but I knew there was more underneath the surface.

Then I found the Enneagram. Not the surface-level typing tests, but the real work: type, subtype, passion, fixation, growth direction. Studying with master teachers Beatrice Chestnut and Uranio Paes at CP Enneagram Academy gave me something I had never had before: a precise, personal map for understanding what was actually holding me back.

The Enneagram didn't just help me finish my PhD (though I'm graduating at the end of 2026). It changed how I understand myself, how I relate to others, and how I move through the world. That's what I want for you, too.
